Founder & President
Ryan Bobyk
Ryan is the founder of Horizon Brokers, bringing over 11 years of experience from CBRE, where he specialized in urban investment and development property sales across the Greater Toronto Area. During his tenure, Ryan advised major clients including KingSett Capital, Capital Developments, Mantella & Sons and Fieldgate Urban on complex acquisitions, dispositions, and redevelopment opportunities.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Real Estate and Housing from the University of Guelph. Known for his strategic approach to uncovering hidden value in urban land, Ryan has played a key role in reshaping communities through transformative real estate projects.
At Horizon Brokers, he continues to deliver expert advisory services, helping clients maximize the potential of their real estate assets.

Brock is a results-driven real estate professional proudly contributing his expertise to Horizon Brokers. Specializing in the Toronto and GTA markets, he expertly navigates the complexities of diverse transactions, including investment properties, development projects, and retail leasing. With over a decade of industry experience, including a significant tenure at CBRE, he has built a reputation for delivering outstanding results and earning the trust of his clients and colleagues alike.
When he's not working, Brock enjoys skiing in the winter and spending his summers golfing and cottaging in Muskoka with his family. Brock is dedicated to helping clients succeed in their real estate ventures and is a valued and trusted advisor.
